To cancel your booking, please send an email to bookings@focusonmexico.com and provide the following details:
- Focus Program dates
- Name(s) of people booked
- Payment method used to book
- Amount paid
- Email address and phone number
We will verify the details and then contact you to confirm the amount and the method of issuing the refund, depending on your payment method.We will process the refund and send you a confirmation email with details. If, for any reason, you do not receive the refund within the time specified in the confirmation email, please contact us (per details in email) and we will follow up and get back to you immediately. |

| If you need to cancel your booking but wish to re-book a future program, please send us an email, as above, and include the program number and dates for the new program of your choice. We will arrange to “transfer” your booking and send you a confirmation email. |
