Focus is offering a new service where we will help you confirm the rental you found online is really “a find”, or you can have us go and proactively find the property we think best fits your needs. We will go see the property and email you pictures and our assessment of it for your needs.
Finding a good rental property around Lake Chapala can be challenging. There are some good rental agencies, but the demand has picked up in recent times and the selection is not always there when you need it.
During the Focus On Mexico 6-Day Learning Adventure programs we include a talk by an expert on Renting at Lakeside, and provide a list of reputable agencies we recommend. It is also possible to find properties online through sites like VRBO.com and Craigslist.com The risk of renting online is (to be polite) that when you actually see the property, it may not be exactly as advertised.
This is why we strongly recommend that you ask a friend to check out the property that looks so nice online. But what if you don’t really have a connection you can ask to do this for you? This is where our service may be of help.
The Focus Rental Assistance Service will act as your eyes on the ground. We will find or check out the rentals you want and send you back pictures and our assessment of the property.
